Origin Enterprises plc has reported the repurchase of 20,000 of its own ordinary shares for a volume-weighted average price of €3.2507 each on Euronext Dublin. This buyback, executed through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC, is part of the company’s €20 million share buyback program announced previously. The acquired shares will be held in treasury with plans for potential cancellation or re-issue at a later date.
