Origin Enterprises plc has announced the purchase of 20,000 of its own ordinary shares on Euronext Dublin for a volume weighted average price of €3.2594 each. Following the transaction, the total number of shares in issue is 106,244,712, excluding those held as treasury shares. This move is part of the company’s ongoing €20 million share buyback program that was previously announced.
