Origin Enterprises plc has announced the repurchase of 15,366 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from €3.1700 to €3.2150 each on Euronext Dublin. This move, executed through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC, is part of a larger €20 million share buyback program initiated in November 2023. The acquired shares will be held in treasury with the possibility of future cancellation or re-issue.
