Origin Energy Limited has announced the issuance of new unquoted equity securities, including various types of share rights, as part of its employee incentive scheme. The securities, which are not intended to be quoted on the ASX, consist of performance share rights, share rights, and restricted share rights, totaling over 1.7 million shares to be issued at the beginning of September 2024.
