On January 28, 2026, Origin Bancorp reported a sharp rebound in profitability for the fourth quarter of 2025, with net income rising to $29.5 million, or $0.95 per diluted share, up from $8.6 million, or $0.27 per share, in the prior quarter, driven by record net interest income of $86.7 million and improved net interest margin as funding costs declined.
