Origin Agritech Limited reported a net profit of RMB1.4 million (US$0.2 million) for the first half of FY2024, a significant improvement from a net loss in the previous year. Net revenue saw a substantial increase to RMB92 million (US$13 million), and the company managed to reduce its total operating expenses. The financial results indicate a positive turnaround in performance, with earnings per share reaching RMB0.21 (US$0.03).
