Li Yang steps in as Chief Operation Officer and Director, bringing over 20 years of investment and senior corporate management expertise, including positions at several listed companies on the Hong Kong stock exchange. Cheng Chi Kin (Patrick) is appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Director, with a rich background in financial management, audit, and risk management across various public and private companies.
