Origen Resources Inc. has entered into an agreement with Equity Metals Corporation, allowing Equity to earn a 100% stake in the Arlington Property in British Columbia. The deal requires Equity to meet financial obligations, including cash payments, exploration expenditures, and share issuance. Origen retains a 2% net smelter royalty, and the prior agreement with Nickelex Resource Corporation has been terminated.
