Oriental Land Co., Ltd. has decided to support the Oriental Land Happiness of Children Foundation by disposing of 18 million shares of treasury stock at 1 yen per share through third-party allotment to Mizuho Trust & Banking Co., Ltd. The disposal, approved by shareholders and detailed in a recent board meeting, aims to provide continuous support for the Foundation’s activities using the Company’s dividends.
