Oriental Explorer Holdings Limited reported a modest increase in profits for the first half of 2024, with net earnings rising from HK$2.28 million to HK$2.78 million compared to the same period in the previous year. The company’s revenue also saw an uptick, climbing from HK$11.29 million to HK$12.46 million. Despite facing higher finance costs, the firm achieved a slight improvement in earnings per share, which grew from HK0.59 cents to HK0.72 cents.
