Orient Securities Co., Ltd. has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for October 16, 2024, in Shanghai, where shareholders will vote on the 2024 Interim Profit Distribution Plan. To participate, shareholders must register by October 9, and proxies, who need not be shareholders, can be appointed to vote on behalf of shareholders. All voting at the meeting will be conducted by poll in accordance with Hong Kong Exchange regulations.
