Orient Overseas (International) Limited announces a significant change in its leadership, with Mr. YANG Zhijian resigning from his Executive Director position and all board committees due to a change in work arrangements, effective May 29, 2024. He is succeeded by Mr. TAO Weidong, a seasoned executive with nearly 30 years of experience in shipping and logistics, who will also serve on multiple company committees. The Board expresses its sincere gratitude to Mr. Yang for his contributions during his tenure.
