Oricon Inc. has decided to restructure its mobile business by transferring it from its subsidiary oricon ME Inc. to a newly established entity, which will then be acquired by Mediano Ltd. This strategic move is aimed at enhancing the business’s value and improving the corporate value of both Oricon Inc. and Mediano Ltd. The transition, involving a simplified company split, is scheduled to take effect on November 1, 2024.
