Organto Foods Inc. has updated stakeholders on the progress of its 2023 Annual Financial Statements and the extension of its management cease trade order (MCTO) until July 15, 2024. The company’s executives are prohibited from trading company securities until the filings are complete and the MCTO is lifted, though this restriction does not apply to shareholders. Organto, alongside its auditors, is working diligently to complete the filings as soon as possible.
