Orford Mining Approaches Shareholder Vote on Alamos Acquisition

Orford Mining Corporation (TSE:ORM) has released an update.

Orford Mining Corporation has dispatched management information and related materials for a special meeting on March 27, 2024, where shareholders will vote on a proposed acquisition by Alamos Gold Inc. This transaction, priced at C$0.10 per share, would see Alamos Gold acquiring all outstanding Orford shares not already in its possession. Orford’s Board of Directors recommends shareholders to vote in favor of the arrangement.
