Orford Mining Corporation has announced the completion of its acquisition by Alamos Gold Inc., where Alamos has exchanged shares to take over all outstanding Orford shares. Following the arrangement, Orford will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange and will cease to be a reporting issuer. This strategic move integrates Orford’s shareholders into Alamos, expanding their investment portfolio.
