Orezone Gold Corporation recently held its annual general and special meeting where shareholders approved all resolutions and elected new board chair Sean Harvey. Harvey succeeds Michael Halvorson, under whose leadership the company witnessed significant progress, and welcomes Tara Hassan to the board.
