Orezone Gold (TSE:ORE) has released an update.
Orezone Gold Corporation has successfully completed a significant non-brokered private placement, raising C$64.9 million by issuing shares at C$0.70 each to Nioko Resources Corporation. These funds will be used to fully finance the Phase II expansion of the Bomboré Gold Mine. The expansion is expected to substantially enhance the mine’s gold production capabilities.
