Orezone Gold Corporation Registered Shs ( (AU:ORE) ) has issued an announcement.
Orezone reported fourth-quarter 2025 gold production of 30,407 ounces at all-in sustaining costs of $1,942 per ounce, generating revenue of $130.5 million and adjusted EBITDA of $63.0 million. The company ended the year with $98.0 million in cash, while the successful completion and commissioning of the Stage 1 hard rock plant expansion at the Bomboré mine set the stage for higher hard rock-driven output and stronger free cash flow in 2026.
Management highlighted that commercial production from the expanded Bomboré plant was declared in January 2026, positioning the mine for a significant production uplift from hard rock reserves. Orezone also closed the acquisition of the Casa Berardi gold mine and Quebec exploration portfolio from Hecla Mining, adding a second producing asset in a top-tier jurisdiction and enhancing its growth pipeline and aspirations to evolve into an intermediate gold producer.
The quarter’s operating performance included 2,687 ounces from initial hard rock production and a total of 2.3 million hours worked with a low injury rate, supporting the operational ramp-up. Despite higher cash costs year over year, the company benefited from a materially higher realized gold price, which supported robust mine earnings and operating cash flow and underpinned continued growth and sustaining capital investment.
The most recent analyst rating on (AU:ORE) stock is a Buy with a A$4.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Orezone Gold Corporation Registered Shs stock, see the AU:ORE Stock Forecast page.
