Orexplore Technologies Ltd. has appointed Quentin Olde and Liam Healey from Ankura Consulting as voluntary administrators, taking control of the company’s operations in Australia, while its Chilean and Swedish subsidiaries remain unaffected. The administrators are set to continue business as usual and will soon begin a recapitalisation and/or sale process. A first meeting of creditors is scheduled to be held by 23 May 2024.
