Orex Minerals Inc. plans to reduce the exercise price of nearly 8 million common share purchase warrants and launch an incentive program encouraging early warrant exercise. The program offers an additional incentive warrant for each warrant exercised, with the proceeds aimed at bolstering the company’s general working capital.
