Orex Minerals Inc. has successfully closed a portion of its private placement financing, raising $337,000 through the sale of over 2.2 million units, with each unit comprising a share and a warrant. The funds will support Orex’s working capital and general corporate purposes, including legal and financing expenses associated with the offering. Additional tranches may increase the total to over 6.6 million units by early June, subject to regulatory approvals and standard private placement conditions.
