Orex Minerals Raises $1M and Appoints New Director

Orex Minerals (TSE:REX) has released an update.

Orex Minerals Inc. has successfully completed its private placement offering, raising a total of $1,000,000 to bolster working capital and fund general corporate activities. Additionally, the company has strengthened its governance structure by appointing Steve Cope, an individual with significant experience in exploration companies in Mexico, as a new Director to its Board. The funds from the private placement, which included over four million units at $0.15 each, will also cover the legal and financing costs associated with this capital raise.
