Orestone Mining Completes $150K Private Placement

Orestone Mining (TSE:ORS) has released an update.

Orestone Mining Corp. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $150,000 through the issuance of 5 million common shares at $0.03 each. The funds are earmarked for audit and tax services, office rent, accounting services, and general working capital. The placement, which included participation from company insiders, is subject to a four-month hold period and final approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
