Orbminco Limited, trading under the ASX code OB1, has completed a capital consolidation at a 20:1 ratio, as approved in their recent General Meeting. This consolidation results in a new capital structure with 170,128,402 ordinary shares and various listed and unlisted options. The consolidation is expected to streamline the company’s capital structure and improve trading efficiency, with normal trading on a post-consolidated basis commencing on October 1, 2025.
