Orbis Properties Approves Annual Financials

Orbis Properties SOCIMI SAU (FR:MLORB) has released an update.

At a recent shareholder meeting, Orbis Properties SOCIMI’s Sole Shareholder approved the company’s consolidated annual financial statements, including a reported loss of EUR 25,955,164.52 for the year ended 31 December 2023. PricewaterhouseCoopers Auditores, S.L. audited the financial documents, which were then officially integrated into the company records.
