Orange Minerals NL Proposes Share Purchase Plan

Orange Minerals NL (AU:OMX) has released an update.

Orange Minerals NL has announced a share purchase plan (SPP) for eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand, aiming to raise $600,000 by offering new shares at a discounted price. The funds raised will be used for drilling at the Lennons Find project, exploration at the Majestic and Mulga Rock projects, and general working capital. Shareholders can apply for up to $30,000 worth of shares, with the offer not being underwritten and subject to scaling at the Board’s discretion.
