Orange Minerals NL has launched a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) for eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand, offering them to buy $1,000 to $30,000 worth of shares without brokerage costs. The company aims to raise approximately $600,000 by issuing shares at a discount, with the proceeds intended for funding drilling and exploration projects, as well as for general capital needs. The SPP is open until 19 September 2024, with shares issued at a discount of 7-8% based on recent trading prices.
