Orange Minerals Director Increases Share Stake

Orange Minerals NL (AU:OMX) has released an update.

Orange Minerals NL has issued a change of director’s interest notice, revealing that Director Campbell Smyth, via direct and indirect means through Clariden Capital Limited, has acquired an additional 2,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the company for a total consideration of $60,000. This transaction has not affected Smyth’s existing holdings, which include over 4 million shares and various classes of performance rights.
