Oracle Commodity Holding Corp. has announced the appointment of seasoned corporate securities lawyer, Alex Bayer, as Chief Legal Officer, effective October 2, 2024. With over 15 years of experience in the mining sector, Bayer is set to lead all legal matters and has been granted stock options as part of his compensation package. The company has also announced the appointment of Sara Knappe as Corporate Secretary, succeeding Ms. Marion McGrath.
