Ora Gold Ltd. has entered a strategic alliance and $6.0 million placement with Westgold Resources, aimed at advancing its Crown Prince deposit into production, which has a Mineral Resource of 240koz at 4.1g/t Au. High-grade drilling results and ongoing geotechnical assessments at Crown Prince are moving the project closer to development. The company concluded the June quarter with $7 million in cash, poised to complete the proposal submissions for Crown Prince’s mining operations.
