Ora Banda Director’s Shareholding Increases

Ora Banda Mining (AU:OBM) has released an update.

Ora Banda Mining Ltd has reported a change in the holdings of director Peter Mansell, where he increased his indirect shareholding by 31,207 fully paid ordinary shares, priced at $0.3605 each. The shares were issued in lieu of cash payment for Director’s fees for the June 2024 quarter, a move approved by shareholders at the previous Annual General Meeting. Following the change, Manfam Pty Ltd, associated with Mansell, now holds a total of 10,450,322 shares, while his spouse holds 31,207 shares.
