Opyl Ltd. Issues Shares to Settle Management Fees

Opyl Ltd. (AU:OPL) has released an update.

Opyl Ltd. has announced the issuance of 500,000 fully paid ordinary shares as part of a fee arrangement with Peak Asset Management. Peak Asset Management will receive these shares in lieu of a cash fee related to loan agreements completed in 2024. The shares are to be issued at a price of $0.02 each, equating to a 2% fee from the funds raised.
