Opus One Gold Corporation is launching a non-brokered private placement to raise C$500,000, offering units at $0.02 each, which includes a common share and a purchase warrant. These units are available under certain exemptions in Canada and are subject to a four-month hold period. The funds raised will be allocated to various corporate expenses, including management, professional fees, and property payments.
