Optorun reported consolidated results for the three months ended March 31, 2026, with net sales declining 11.8% year on year to ¥6,968 million and operating profit falling 32.3% to ¥511 million, while ordinary profit dropped 61.3% and the company booked a net loss attributable to owners of parent of ¥82 million, reversing a prior-year profit. Despite weaker earnings, total assets rose sharply to ¥119,202 million and the equity ratio remained solid at 67.4%, the firm maintained its full-year forecast of double-digit sales and profit growth and plans a slight dividend increase to ¥56 per share for 2026, signaling confidence in a recovery and ongoing shareholder returns.
