Optiva Inc. has successfully conducted its annual and special meeting, leading to the election of eight board members with overwhelming shareholder support. The telecom software provider also saw the reappointment of KPMG LLP as auditor with the board setting their pay, alongside shareholder re-approval of the omnibus share incentive plan.
