Kohler brings a wealth of knowledge from his previous CFO role at Verrica Pharmaceuticals and various financial positions at Endo International PLC. His appointment is accompanied by a substantial inducement grant of stock options and restricted stock units, intended to incentivize his long-term commitment to the company.
