Optimi Health Corp., a licensed manufacturer of pharmaceutical-grade psychedelics, announced a private placement to raise CAD$5 million by selling units at CAD$0.30 each. These funds will be used to expand their business globally, upgrade equipment, and provide general working capital. The placement includes Warrants that allow investors to purchase additional shares under certain conditions, with possible insider participation up to CAD$500,000.
