Optegra Ventures Inc. has announced the reinstatement of trading of its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange following the resolution of a failure-to-file cease trade order. The company faced delays in filing its financial statements but has since complied with the necessary requirements. However, Optegra does not currently meet the independent director requirements and has been given a 90-day notice to resolve this issue. Additionally, the company is addressing a working capital deficiency and exploring debt settlements and financing alternatives.
