The latest announcement is out from EEMS Italia S.p.A. ( (IT:OPS) ).

OPS Italia S.p.A. has sold its 100% equity stakes in EEMS CHINA and EEMS Renewables S.r.l. to an unrelated buyer, Mr. Apicella, for a nominal value of €4,000, as part of a broader move to streamline its corporate structure. The divested companies, inherited from past transactions and never operational, generated only fixed structural costs without economic return; while the disposal may lead to a capital loss of around €450,000 from the elimination of intragroup items, management expects the transaction to improve cost efficiency by removing recurring fixed costs from 2026 onward and to be advantageous for the company’s medium- to long-term economic performance.
