OpGen, Inc. has reached an agreement with a warrant holder to amend their existing arrangement, extending the deadline to exercise warrants for purchasing company stock until April 30, 2024. Previously, the holder had exercised warrants for 2 million shares, generating $2.057 million for OpGen before expenses.
