OpenLearning reported that its platform SaaS annual recurring revenue rose 35% year-on-year in the first quarter of FY26 to $3.192 million, marking a 17th consecutive quarter of growth and a 5% uplift on the prior quarter. Average SaaS ARR per B2B customer climbed above $12,500, more than 30% higher than a year earlier, as the company secured larger multi-year LMS contracts and expanded existing relationships.
The company ended the quarter with 255 B2B SaaS customers across 19 countries, with Australia, Malaysia and the Philippines contributing about 87% of ARR as its institutional LMS strategy gains traction. Ongoing AI-led product enhancements, cost reductions via the Employability Advantage restructure and new leadership and agency agreements in The Uni Guide division are helping build a broader education-to-employment ecosystem that could enhance revenue predictability and strengthen OpenLearning’s competitive position against incumbent LMS providers.
