OpenLearning Ltd. ( (AU:OLL) ) has shared an announcement.
OpenLearning has secured a software-as-a-service agreement to deploy its AI-powered LMS at Philippine Normal University, the country’s National Center for Teacher Education, via local reseller CE-Logic. The initial one-year deal, starting June 2026 and covering 5,000 students, is aligned with Philippine public procurement rules and includes training and support for university staff.
While the agreement’s first-year net value of about A$30,000 is not financially material, it is strategically significant as OpenLearning’s first university customer in the Philippines under the CE-Logic partnership. The deal validates the company’s reseller go-to-market strategy, positions PNU as a reference customer, and underpins a growing pipeline of LMS opportunities across Philippine universities, colleges and schools with potential expansion to PNU’s full 12,000-student enrolment.
