OpenLearning Director’s Substantial Share Increase

OpenLearning Ltd. (AU:OLL) has released an update.

OpenLearning Limited’s director Rupesh Singh has significantly increased his stake in the company, acquiring an additional 155,199,684 shares at $0.02 each, resulting in a new total holding of 244,885,559 shares. This change in director’s interest comes following the conversion of equity under a Loan Agreement approved by shareholders. The transaction, which did not involve any share disposal, reflects a notable change in the director’s investment in the firm.
