Open Up Group Inc. has announced an increased year-end dividend of 45 yen per share, up from the previous forecast of 30 yen, as a result of better-than-expected net income. The company, which follows a policy of linking dividends to performance and aims for a 50% payout ratio, has committed to maintaining this ratio going forward. The dividend, sourced from retained earnings, is part of their approach to balance shareholder returns with internal growth investments.
