Open Up Group Inc. has announced the acquisition of all shares in Ophiuchus Invesco Co., Ltd., making it a subsidiary and strengthening its construction staffing business, particularly in the Tokai region where its market share is low. Ophiuchus Invesco’s subsidiary IR Inc. is noted for its efficient recruitment through social media, which Open Up Group intends to leverage to enhance their business.
