Opawica Explorations Raises $600K in Placement

Opawica Explorations (TSE:OPW) has released an update.

Opawica Explorations Inc. successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $600,000 by issuing 12 million units at $0.05 each, with each unit including a share and a purchase warrant. The warrants allow buying additional shares at $0.10 within 24 months. Additionally, the company has restructured its stock options, cancelling some and granting new incentives to its executives and consultants.
