oOh!media has appointed David Ferrarin as a Non-Executive Director, effective 18 May 2026, strengthening its board with deep sector expertise. Ferrarin is a long-standing partner at L.E.K. Consulting, where he leads the Australia and New Zealand Media, Entertainment and Technology practice and has more than 25 years’ experience advising boards and executives on digital business models and value creation.
He will remain in his role at L.E.K. but, under governance protocols, will not advise clients operating within the out-of-home media sector, helping to manage potential conflicts of interest. Chair Tony Faure said Ferrarin’s strategic mindset and experience in complex media environments are expected to support oOh!media’s strategic direction and operational decision-making, reinforcing its positioning in the broader media and marketing ecosystem.
