Onyx Gold Corp. ( (TSE:ONYX) ) just unveiled an update.
Onyx Gold Corp. reported full results from its 2025 summer field program at the Ra target on its King Tut property in Yukon’s eastern Tombstone Gold Belt, confirming widespread gold mineralization in a sheeted quartz vein system within a 3 km by 2 km granitic intrusion. The company has delineated a large vein field approximately 1,700 m by 1,000 m, including an 850 m by 500 m high-priority target area where channel sampling returned intervals such as 5.0 m grading 0.7 g/t gold and 1.0 m grading up to 2.5 g/t gold, complemented by high-grade grab samples from both outcrop and float. These results strengthen the case for Ra as a compelling intrusion-related gold target comparable to other major deposits in the Tombstone Gold Belt, and Onyx is now planning a 2026 follow-up program that could include a first drill campaign at Ra, potentially advancing the King Tut project’s profile and adding to the company’s exploration momentum alongside its holdings in Timmins.
