Onto Innovation Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors to nine members by electing Susan Lynch, a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience across various companies, including V2X, Inc. and Sungard Availability Services. Susan Lynch, who is also a certified public accountant and holds a B.A. in accounting and business administration, will serve on the Board until the 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. In addition to her role on the Board, she will contribute to the Audit and M&A Committees and will receive compensation in line with existing policies for non-employee directors. The Board has recognized her as an independent director and an audit committee financial expert.
